Futugo tokens are ERC-20 standard tokens and inherit all the properties of usually perceived token assets in the Ethereum platform. Oracle service can provide the real-time pricing data of the Futugo tokens, which will let the main platform do transfer/exchange decisions based on the provided data.

Futugo tokens are used for:

· Payments;

· Membership accounting model basis (base unit);

· Discount system implementation;

· Priority level access system implementation;

· Reward system implementation;

· Governance system implementation.

The Membership model has these features:

· Locking defined amount of tokens for the required period user can become a VIP member;

· There are 4-n VIP member levels giving different solution features, business processes, limited offerings access possibilities:

Priority access system:

· Access to priority goods (early access or exclusive/limited edition access);

· Access to “Buy now, Pay later” option;

· Access to Livestream shopping events;

· Access to discount for an item (if an item is bought using Futugo tokens);

· Access to discount for membership;

· Access to discounts for services.

Reward system:

· Given as a reward for attracting new members;

· Given as a reward for attracting members second-life fashion purchases;

· Given as a reward for loyalty (being a member for Y months);

· Given as a reward for participating in community activities (posting, commenting, growing social network);

· Given as a reward for companies - Boutiques, Art galleries / Cosmetics;

· Given as a reward for personal dealers – Stylists, Personal Shoppers, Art Dealers.

Governance system:

· Access to governance (voting on initiatives, proposing new features and ideas).
